We had the pleasure of working with David Lloyd to enhance their webdesign, online presence and optimize their digital strategy. We worked tirelessly to create a seamless user experience that would make it easy for members to access everything they need, from booking classes to tracking their progress and connecting with other members.

A deep dive

David Lloyd allowed us to gain a deeper understanding of what it takes to run a world-class fitness club. We were inspired by their commitment to creating a welcoming and inclusive community, where people of all ages and fitness levels can come together to achieve their health and wellness goals.

Creative thinking

We were briefed with creating a new online platform for David Lloyd, a premier fitness and leisure club. To achieve this, we put on our thinking caps and employed some creative strategies to come up with an innovative solution that would meet their needs and exceed their expectations.

One of the main challenges we faced was how to create a platform that was intuitive and easy to use, while still incorporating all of the features that members expect from a world-class fitness club. To tackle this, we brainstormed ideas for a user-friendly interface that would be both visually appealing and functional.

We also explored new ways to integrate technology into the platform, such as incorporating wearable devices and fitness tracking apps. This would allow members to track their progress and stay motivated in their fitness journeys, while also providing valuable data for the club to use in their marketing efforts.

Strategy

We understood that the platform needed to be more than just a tool for members to book classes and track their fitness progress – it needed to be a hub for community building, engagement, and brand loyalty.

To achieve these goals, we began by conducting thorough research into the target audience and their needs. This involved analyzing user behavior data, conducting surveys, and gathering feedback from focus groups. This research helped us gain insights into what features were most important to members, what motivates them to stay engaged, and how we could create a more personalized experience.

Once we had a deep understanding of our target audience, we developed a user-centered design that put their needs at the forefront. We created a seamless, intuitive interface that made it easy for members to navigate the platform, book classes, track their progress, and connect with other club members.
